Eric cold called me today to ask if my house was for sale “I’ve got a cash buyer” when I said no he giggled like a pre teenager getting asked to prom then proceeded with “okay buddy” and hung up. Speaking of pre teens I know a few with better telephonic etiquette and respect. Eric cease and desist from ever calling me on any property. Make sure your associates do the same

Evie, Doreen and the team made what is often a stressful process far more pleasant and ultimately successful. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident from the start, and they kept me informed throughout the entire rental process. I’ve worked with Eric in the past and when we moved back to Florida looked him up to help us find our (hopefully) final home. I worked with Eric’s team with his sister Evie being our realtor. She worked with us over a 6 month period and was very patient and informative as we were out of state. They hooked me up with all the right people that went beyond just the purchase of our home. I would highly recommend Eric’s team and his sister Evie as they’re a great team!
